Nourishing Lungs and Relieving Cough Luo Han Guo Porridge

Pour an appropriate amount of cold boiled water into the pot.

Wash an appropriate amount of Luo Han Guo, then smash it with your hands and put it into the pot.
3.
Wash the right amount of rice and pour it into the pot.
4.
Bring the pot to a boil on medium heat and turn to low heat for 15 minutes. Watch the pot in the middle to prevent overflow.
Tips:
Whether I make porridge or rice, the porridge is made with cold boiled water. Practice has proved that the taste is different. It tastes much better when I cook it with cold boiled water.
