Nourishing Old Duck Soup

Cut the old duck into pieces, blanch it and put it in an electric pressure cooker. Add carrot slices, fresh bamboo shoots, cucumber slices, ginger slices, and garlic in turn.

Close the lid, select the soup pot, and release the pressure after the work is in the heat preservation state

After opening the lid, add salt and pepper, and season to taste
