Nourishing Yin and Nourishing Blood Soup
1.
Heat the pan without oil, pour it in to remove the chicken heads, necks, and bottoms, wash and cut the chicken pieces, stir fry, and control the moisture first.
2.
After controlling the moisture, turn the fire down a little, then add an appropriate amount of salt and continue to stir-fry until the oil comes out. Try to fry the oil as much as possible, but you can't fry it over high heat.
3.
While frying the chicken nuggets, boil a pot of boiling water with enough soup in the stockpot. The chicken nuggets are fried out of oil, and the chicken nuggets are directly lowered into the stockpot. Then, as shown in the figure, drop the chicken oil on the top a little bit.
4.
After scooping clean chicken fat, put in the pitted red dates and medlars. After the high heat is boiled, turn to medium and low heat, add the cooked rehmannia glutinosa and continue to boil.
5.
After continuing to cook for half an hour, add the round meat and continue to cook the soup without changing the heat.
6.
Cook until the medicinal materials are completely flavored, first try to see if the salt is enough, because we put salt in the fried chicken, so we don't need to add it if it is enough. If it is not enough, we will add a little bit, then turn off the heat and let it out.
7.
The soup that has been de-oiled, although there will still be a small amount of oil, is much better than the untreated soup.
Tips:
Sister Xin’s pot of soup was boiled for the patient to drink. Because the patient took medicine and water, the water in the porridge was already a lot, and she was unwell, it was impossible to drink a lot of soup at a time. Let the soup concentrate a little and drink it in two more portions, so as not to fail to achieve the effect of the medicine. If you want to boil it to your family as a soup supplement, remember that the medicinal materials should be halved, and there is no need to fry the chicken to remove the oil. You can boil the soup directly.
