Cut the tofu you bought back into small pieces. Fry in a pan until golden brown. It can be fried in 3 portions. When each portion starts to fry, turn on a high fire, and then fry on a small fire. Because the fire is easy to burn to black, turn off the fire to slowly fry each side evenly.

The McCormick Mapo Cuisine is diluted with water, and the amount of water is one-third of the bowl, or it can be less. Pour out the remaining oil in the pot, turn on medium heat and pour the fried tofu, stir-fry for 5 seconds, put in the diluted Mapo cooking, bring to a boil on high heat, turn off the heat and simmer until it becomes a paste, add green onions. OK to put on the plate.
