Nuclear Coriander

Break the cauliflower into small pieces and blanch it with salt and chicken essence.

Stir-fry the walnuts in a pan with cold oil.
3.
Stir-fried until slightly yellowed out (I'm a bit over-fried).
4.
Add oil to the pan and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
5.
Put the cauliflower in the pot and stir fry.
6.
Add walnuts and stir fry quickly.
7.
Season with salt and chicken essence and cook.
