Nut Madeleine Cake

Prepare ingredients and portions.

Take out 25 grams of mixed nuts, and cut the larger ones into smaller ones.

Take a clean bowl and put corn oil, sugar, and eggs.

Stir the materials in step 3 thoroughly.

Add sifted low-gluten flour and baking powder and mix until there is no dry powder.

Tips:
1. The nuts in Madeleine can be replaced with any other nuts you like.
2. Without nuts, it is the original Madeleine.
