First prepare a papaya and a bag of milk

Peel the papaya and cut it in half, removing the black seeds in the middle

Cut the papaya into small pieces, put it in a cooking cup, and pour milk

Tips:
If you like papaya to have a heavier taste, you can add a little more papaya. If you like milk, you can add less papaya and more milk. There is no fixed ratio between the two, it depends on personal preference
