Nuts and Walnut Crisps
1.
Spread baking paper on a baking tray, fry the walnuts and chop them; put oil and white sugar in the pan, and stir while heating until the color turns yellow and the white sugar turns yellow and melts (the process takes a long time, be patient)
2.
Turn off the heat and continue to stir. Cool to room temperature and add the eggs. Stir until all the sugar sauce is melted into the eggs; Sift the low-gluten flour, baking soda and baking powder, put half of the walnuts, pour into the egg mixture, and mix into a soft dough
3.
Divide the soft dough into even small doughs, knead each dough evenly and press it into a pie shape on a baking sheet, then sprinkle with walnuts, let it rest for 10 minutes
4.
Preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes, put it on the baking tray, and bake for 15 minutes (subject to the temperature of your own oven)
