Nutty Cranberry Toast Pudding

Large collection of materials.

Toast slices are cut off on all sides.

Then cut into diced toast for later use.

Use a manual whisk to beat the eggs + fine sugar.

Then add whipped cream and mix well.

Put the sliced diced toast into the whipped cream.

Use a flour sieve to remove.

The container for croutons needs to be brushed with a layer of softened butter on the side of the bowl to prevent stickiness.

Remove all of them and place them in a container, and sprinkle them with nuts and dried cranberries.

Put it in the oven, heat up and down 170 degrees, bake for about 20 minutes.
