Prepare ingredients

Put all the raw materials into the bread machine tank to start the dough mixing program for 25 minutes.

After kneading into a smooth dough, turn on the proofing for about 1 hour. Proof the dough to about twice its original size, just poke a hole in your finger without retracting it.
