Oatmeal and Corn Bun

Sift out the crushed oatmeal with a slotted spoon.

Mix cornmeal, rich flour, and oatmeal.

Add water and yeast and stir into a snowflake shape.

Live the noodles into a smooth dough.

Add warm water to the steamer, put the basin on the drawer, cover with plastic wrap, and then cover the pot.

Take a small piece of noodles and knead it into a nest-like shape, and put it on the steamer covered with cloth. Cover the lid and wake up for 20 minutes after all is done.

Steam on medium-high heat for 20 minutes. After 3 or 5 minutes after turning off the heat, it will be OK.
