Oatmeal Black Sesame Slices

All materials are ready to be weighed

Cut the butter into small pieces, soften at room temperature, and fluffy

Add sugar in two parts to whitish

Add the egg liquid in two times, and beat evenly to a fluffy state each time

Add instant oats

Add cooked black sesame seeds

Sift in low-gluten flour, cut and mix evenly

Put it in the mold, tidy it up gently, put it in the refrigerator and freeze for about 1 hour

Take out the frozen dough. It was not very good to release from the mold. I gently warmed the lower surface with a warm towel, and it was quickly removed from the mold.

Cut into even slices. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees before slicing

Put the biscuits in a non-stick baking tray and place them neatly, in the middle of the oven, and fire up and down, and observe the color on the surface for about 25 minutes.
