Oatmeal Breakfast Biscuits

1. Prepare all ingredients.

2. Beat the eggs, add sunflower oil, powdered sugar, salt, vanilla seeds, and stir well with a single pump.

3. Sift in low-gluten flour.

4. Mix it slightly with a spatula.

5. Add oatmeal.

6. Grab and mix evenly with your hands.

7. Take about 25g of dough and gently knead it into a ball with your hands.

8. Press the ball into a round cake with a diameter of about 5 cm.

9. Air grilling is set at 160℃, and the duration is 25 minutes, and the oven is braised for 3 minutes. (Subject to actual temperature measurement of the oven)

10. Take out the grill and let cool.

Tips:

1. The amount of oatmeal is large, and it is easy to become loose. After pressing the dough with the palm of your hand, gently knead it into a ball.
2. When squeezing, you can put the bakeware and press lightly to show a natural pattern.
3. Pay attention to the state of baking and coloring in the open-hearth furnace, to avoid too deep coloring, you can cover with tin foil, and the temperature will not change (subject to the actual temperature measurement of the oven).
