Oatmeal Cookies

Chop the raisins in advance. Pour the oatmeal, wheat flour, black sesame seeds, chopped raisins, salt, and baking soda into a bowl.

Separate the egg white and egg yolk, add the egg yolk and mix well.

Pour in another half of the egg white and continue to stir. It will feel a little wet at this time.

Heat in the microwave for 3 minutes. (I use 100% microwave mode)
