Oatmeal Cookies

Prepare all materials.

Put the butter, powdered sugar, salt and powdered milk in a clean basin and stir with a whisk.

Beat the butter until it turns white to milky white, then add the egg mixture and mix well.

Add whole wheat flour and stir well

Then add the oatmeal and stir well. Be careful to leave a small amount of oatmeal for later use.

Knead the oatmeal biscuits into a rectangular shape and roll on top of the oatmeal.

Wrap it with plastic wrap, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it until hard (approximately more than 2 hours).
8.
Take out the oatmeal biscuits in the refrigerator and cut them into 0.5cm thick one with a knife.
9.
Put it on the baking tray and arrange it.
10.
Bake in the oven, the upper tube is 180 degrees, and the lower tube is 150 degrees, for 20 minutes.
Tips:
It is recommended to use an oven with upper and lower temperature control independently, I use Dongling’s DL-K33E oven
