Put 60 grams of instant oatmeal into a bowl, pour 200 grams of boiling water, mix well, and let cool for later use.

The bread materials other than butter are put into the bread machine in the order of liquid first, then flour, dig a hole in the middle of the flour, pour in the yeast powder, and start the kneading process.

Put the shaped dough into the oven for two times, turn on the oven fermentation function, and set the fermentation temperature to 35 degrees. Put a bowl of warm water in the lower layer of the oven to increase the humidity.

Take out the dough when it doubles in size, sift a thin layer of high-gluten flour on the surface of the bread, and use a knife to draw your favorite texture lines on the surface of the bread.

Tips:
Please adjust the amount of water according to the actual dryness and wetness of the dough.
The basic fermentation can also be refrigerated at 5 to 7 degrees, and it can be fermented for 12 to 24 hours, and the temperature can be doubled at about 28 degrees.
