Oatmeal Roasted Dried Fruit

Prepare the main ingredients.

Pour eggs, milk, and oatmeal into a baking tray or baking bowl, and mix well. (If the taste is usually sweet, you can add some sugar in it.)

Sprinkle some minced coconut in it (I sprinkle more because I love minced coconut) and mix well.

Then slice the apple into thin slices. Stir well. (You can also use bananas)

Stir evenly and sprinkle with your favorite dried fruit. I used walnuts, blackcurrants, dried cranberries, dried blueberries, and pine nuts. (The dried fruit can be matched according to personal preference)

Sprinkle another layer of coconut paste on the surface, this is for decoration~

Bake in the oven. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes, after 20 minutes you can smell the fragrance!

Tips:
Since I use a lot of blackcurrants, my roast is sweet. If the dried fruit you use is salty, you can also add some salt or cinnamon to taste.
