Oatmeal Smoothie

Wash the oats first.

Put the oats in an electric pressure cooker, add 2 cups of water, and select the porridge function.

The cooked oats are filtered with a mesh sieve to filter out the excess water.

Then pour it into the food processor and add a bottle of yogurt. The yogurt is made by yourself and is relatively thick. If you buy it from outside, you should buy the thicker one with a quality of about 100 grams.

Add 10 grams of sugar and beat the mixture well.

Tips:
1. After the oats are cooked, they must be sieved to filter out the excess water. If the water is too large, the smoothie will be very thin.
2. Use thick old yogurt for yogurt. The amount of sugar can be adjusted according to your own taste.
