Tips:
This recipe uses homemade sugar-free yogurt, if you use commercially available sugar yogurt, please add or not add honey as appropriate.
This recipe uses raw oatmeal, not raw oatmeal, or ready-to-cook oatmeal. You can usually buy it in food stores.
After soaking in yogurt overnight, the raw oatmeal tastes chewy. If you don't like this taste or your digestive function is not good, please choose sugar-free instant oatmeal, the taste will be soft and sticky.
The oatmeal yogurt jar that has been refrigerated overnight is best to be taken out at room temperature in advance for a while before eating, to avoid excessive cold irritating the stomach.
Except for yogurt and oats, there are no laws for other fruits and nuts, so you can choose at will.
