Octopus in Sauce
1.
Prepare the ingredients (for 2 persons), shred onion, ginger, mince garlic and set aside
2.
The octopus is cleaned, and the internal organs and eyes are removed. When I bought this, someone helped me fix it. Put a piece of ginger and marinate in 1 tablespoon of cooking wine for at least 5 minutes.
3.
Put clean water in a small pot, add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and boil, add the octopus and blanch it for 2 minutes (the book says that it will be blanched for 30 seconds. I'm afraid it's not cooked and I don't want to eat raw food. Please feel free)
4.
Take it out to drain the water and rinse it with clean water
5.
Soak in a bowl of ice boiling water prepared in advance for 10 minutes
6.
Take a frying pan, add a proper amount of salad oil, heat up, add 5g ginger + 10g garlic + 50g onion, stir fry until the onion becomes soft, and transfer it to a bowl.
7.
Add drained octopus
8.
Add 2 tablespoons of noodle sauce, mix well (it feels too spicy, I put the chili in and I took it out) and let it sit for a few hours before eating, it will be more delicious
9.
The octopus made this way is not fishy at all, and the taste is still very tender~~
