Octopus Sashimi

The packaged octopus is thawed at room temperature.

A small packet of mustard.

Rinse the panel with hot boiled water and put the octopus feet.

Cut into slices with a fruit knife

All the octopus fillets are in the bowl.

Pour soy sauce in a small bowl, squeeze the mustard into the side of the bowl and stir together. When eating, octopus fillets are eaten with sauce.
