Oddly Flavored Fern Root Powder

Prepare all the ingredients.

Wash and chop green and red peppers, chop green onion and ginger, and put them all in a bowl.

Boil water in a pot and add fern root vermicelli to cook.

Rinse again in clean water.

Take a small bowl and add ginger juice.

Add 30ml balsamic vinegar and 15ml light soy sauce.

Tips:
The fern root powder should be boiled until there is no hard core and rinse with cold water to prevent adhesion.
