[summer Cold Dish]---sour and Spicy Fern Root Noodles

Prepare fern root powder from the supermarket. I like the very fine one. Prepare millet chili, chopped coriander root and some chives.

Boil the fern root powder in water for 6 to 8 minutes.

Take it out and put it in water filled with ice cubes.

Prepare the sauce: Put in (light soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, salt, MSG, sesame oil) and mix well.

Soak the chopped millet and chives into the sauce.

Just pour it on the fern root powder, and stir again when eating.
Tips:
1. The fern root noodles can be made into hot and sour flavor to block the original bitterness and astringency.
2. Finally, it can also be heated with a mixture of (fried vegetable oil and sesame oil) and squeezed on the chili to increase the fragrance and flavor.
