Oil-free Egg Yolk Biscuits

Ingredients needed (baking powder mixed with low powder)

Mix the egg yolk and a small amount of egg whites, add the powdered sugar

Beat with an electric whisk until small bubbles are formed

Sift in low powder

Mix into a paste

Put the batter into the piping bag

Cut a small mouth and squeeze onto the baking tray (the baking tray needs to be covered with grease paper)

Put into the oven (preheat the oven in advance), bake at 165 degrees for 13 minutes
