The last time I made baked potato mashed potatoes, my daughter was not addicted to it. This time I changed the way of eating. It was fried in an air fryer without frying. It was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. I think it has a lot less calories than cheese, which is more crispy and healthier.

Oil-free Golden Potato Balls

1. Steam the potatoes and press them into puree, add some salt and mix well

2. Diced bacon, peas, corn kernels and cooked

3. Add bacon and stir fry

4. Add peas, corn kernels, pepper

5. Put some salt

6. Stir well with mashed potatoes

7. Prepare egg liquid, flour, bread crumbs

8. Roll the potatoes into balls

9. Wrap in flour, egg liquid, and bread crumbs in turn

10. Put tin foil on the air fryer basket and fry at 180 degrees for about 20 minutes
