Oil-free Healthy Biscuits

Separate the egg yolk and egg white, add 5g sugar to the egg yolk, stir well, and then set aside.

Beat the egg whites with an electric whisk, add 5g of sugar, beat until the fish eyes, and then beat until small bubbles.

Beat again until wet foaming. Finally, beat until dry foaming.

Mix the beaten egg whites with the beaten egg yolks, and cut up and down with a rubber spatula.

Sift the flour into the cut egg batter.

Use the cutting and mixing technique to mix the flour evenly, without flour lump.

Then pour the cut egg batter into the piping bag, and cut a small opening in the piping bag with scissors.

Use the piping bag to squeeze out small custards one by one.

After preheating the oven at 180° for 5 minutes in advance, put the egg batter in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes. Note that the specific baking time is not fixed.

After the baked biscuits cool down, they can be placed in a small snack box for the baby to eat by themselves.
Tips:
Because there are no preservatives, it is recommended to eat it as soon as possible (on the day) to prevent moisture, it will become soft and unpalatable if it gets wet!
