Oil-free Peanut Butter Cookies

Put 250g of peanut butter, 15g of brown sugar, and 15g of white sugar in a bowl, and gently beat with a whisk until well mixed

Add 2g of baking soda and 1 egg, continue to beat until well mixed

Use a small spoon to scoop out the batter, knead it into small balls and squeeze them, and arrange them evenly on the baking tray (leave some space between each biscuit)

Use a fork to press the pattern on the biscuit, and put an almond in the middle

Put it in a preheated 200 degree oven and bake for 8-10 minutes

Take out and cool and serve
