Oily Gluten, Greens, Winter Melon Soup

Ingredients: winter melon (washed and peeled and sliced), green vegetables (washed and cut), oily gluten

Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in the pot, add the cut winter melon and stir fry.

Next, add some water to boil and cook until winter melon is cooked.

Then, add the chopped green vegetables and oily gluten, stir and bring to a boil, and cook until the green vegetables are broken.

Finally, add 1.5 tablespoons of salt.

Add 0.5 scoop of MSG.

Stir the seasoning well and serve.
