Oily Pepper

Chili noodles and Chinese pepper noodles are polished with our own small steel; chopped green onion, ginger and garlic.

Heat the wok and pour vegetable oil (more).

When the oil smokes, add salt. Turn off the fire.

Slowly pour 1/2 of the oil into a bowl containing chili noodles and pepper noodles, and mix well.

Add soy sauce and chopped green onion, ginger, garlic, and mix well.
6.
Slowly pour in the remaining oil and mix well.
7.
Pour the vinegar and sprinkle with sesame seeds. carry out.
Tips:
1. Pour hot oil into the bowl slowly to prevent it from being splashed.
2. Add half of the oil to the soy sauce, which can be cooled down to prevent the chili noodles and pepper batter from falling off.
3. We use millet spicy, which is very spicy. Putting more vinegar can eliminate some of the spiciness and taste better.
