Oily Tofu and Cured Duck Leg and Yam Soup

Ingredients: iron stick yam (washed, peeled and cut open), cured duck leg (washed), oily tofu.

Place the cured duck leg and oily tofu on the chopping board, chop the cured duck leg into pieces, and cut the oily tofu.

Next, put the chopped cured duck legs, chopped yam and oily tofu into a pot of water and boil for 6 minutes.
