Oily Tofu, Soy Sprouts and Meat Bone Soup

Ingredients: meat bones (blanched), soybean sprouts (washed), oily tofu

Put the blanched meat and bones into the pressure cooker.

Afterwards, add some water and appropriate amount of cooking wine.

Put the lid on and cook for 10 minutes on medium-low heat, then turn off the heat.

Open the lid after simmering until exhausted.

Next, combine the oily tofu and the soybean sprouts with water and boil until the soybean sprouts are broken.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of chicken essence.
