I made soy milk on Sunday morning and filtered out a small bowl of soy dregs. It feels a pity to throw away.

How to use it? To make okara cake? To make bean curd buns? Make flower fertilizer? I have tried all of these, nothing new.

Thinking about it, I want to collect grain anyway, so I just add it to the toast and make it into bean dregs toast.

I quickly searched the internet for recipes and saw that @Smldolphin's toaster version of bean dregs toast is so good, so I decided to give it a try.

Unexpectedly, the finished product is unexpectedly good, a soft girl.

This toast is a healthy toast with a relatively light taste, suitable for sandwiches, French toast, etc. to be eaten with other ingredients.

Of course, the taste is not too heavy, and it is good to eat on empty mouth. The milk is rich and tender.

1. 1. Kneading: Add all the ingredients except butter, bean dregs and 10g high flour into the bread machine, and a kneading program for 20 minutes;




2. 2. Add butter and bean dregs, then start a kneading program, add the 10g high flour as appropriate;

4. 4. Exhaust: After the finished dough is pressed gently to exhaust;

5. 5. Dividing: Divide the vented dough into three parts, round and relax for 10 minutes;

6. 6. Shaping: Roll the roll twice, relax for 15 minutes in the middle, and enter the mold;

7. 7. Second shot: second shot until the mold is 8-9 minutes full;

8. 8. Bake: Bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes, and cover with tin foil after coloring.

Tips: The water content of bean dregs is different, so the amount of flour should be increased or decreased as appropriate.
