Okara Toast

1. Kneading: Add all the ingredients except butter, bean dregs and 10g high flour into the bread machine, and a kneading program for 20 minutes;

2. Add butter and bean dregs, then start a kneading program, add the 10g high flour as appropriate;

3. One shot: fermented to twice the size;

4. Exhaust: After the finished dough is pressed gently to exhaust;

5. Dividing: Divide the vented dough into three parts, round and relax for 10 minutes;

6. Shaping: Roll the roll twice, relax for 15 minutes in the middle, and enter the mold;

7. Second shot: second shot until the mold is 8-9 minutes full;
