Okara Tortilla
1.
Okara is reserved in a moderate amount. I use Okara frozen in the refrigerator, which is defrosted in advance.
2.
Mix the bean dregs, cornmeal, and rich flour with water to form a slightly thicker basic batter.
3.
Put a whole egg in a water-free and oil-free basin to beat.
4.
It takes only three to five minutes to beat the eggs until the lines are visible when stirred.
5.
Pour the beaten egg into the basic batter.
6.
Stir the batter up and down with a rubber spatula.
7.
Stir until it is uniform and there are no bubbles.
8.
Use a small spoon to scoop up a flat spoon, which is the amount of each small cake.
9.
Put a little oil on the electric baking pan and pour the batter in the spoon. You don't need to flatten it out. If the batter is thin and thick, it will automatically round and flatten.
10.
When there are obvious bubbles on the top of the batter, you can turn it over.
11.
Just turn it over and burn it for two minutes.
12.
It's kind of like dorayaki, right?
13.
This is the electric baking pan without oil.
14.
There is no sugar in the batter. When you eat it, you can mix blueberry sauce, cheese slices, cheese and soy tofu.
Tips:
1. The basic batter should not be too thin, because the eggs will be added later.
2. Beat the eggs last before pancakes and put them in the batter to avoid premature defoaming.
3. I use fine cornmeal, which tastes more delicate.
