Okra

Remove the stalks and wash the okra, blanch the okra under boiling water (do not cook for too long), remove it and let it cool in cold water

Mince garlic, cut Thai pepper into small bowls and add a pinch of fresh sesame oil.
3.
Cut the okra in half, put it on a plate, pour the sauce from the second step on top of some chili noodles, heat the oil, and pour on it.
Tips:
