Okra

Wash the okra and set aside.

Remove the head and tail of the okra, cut it in the middle, put it in the water after boiling and scald it out.

Soak in cold water until it is completely cool.

Drain the water and place it on the plate.

Pour the steamed fish soy sauce.

After cutting the green onions, soak them in cold water for a while, then put them on the okra (forgot to take photos).

Heat the oil.

Pour it on top and enjoy the food.
Tips:
1. Don't blanch the okra for too long, just turn two inside when the water is boiling, so that the okra will be crispy.
2. The shredded shallots must be soaked in cold water.
