I also don't know when the vegetable market started selling okra everywhere. For okra, everyone has their own opinions. People who like it super like it, and there are many people who are neither hot nor cold. But it is undeniable that okra is really super nutritious. Okra's Counterattack

1. Ingredients:
Autumn okra 300 grams garlic 3-4 cloves of dried shallots (small onions) one

2. Garlic, sliced small onions.
The okra removes its stalk and divides into two from the middle.
Cut millet pepper into small cubes. (If you don’t like spicy food, don’t let it go~)

3. Stir the garlic slices and small onion slices over low heat until fragrant until slightly charred.
15 grams of oyster sauce, 10 grams of steamed fish soy sauce, 2 grams of sugar, mix well with okra.
Add the garlic slices and onion slices, and steam them together in a steamer for eight minutes.
