1. Prepare ingredients: 2 okra, 4 black eggs.

2. Beat the eggs first, add a little salt, then add lukewarm cold water, and beat evenly.

3. Add some vegetable oil to a large bowl.

4. Sift the egg liquid into a large bowl.

5. If there is foam on the surface, gently skim it off.

6. Add the okra cut into small circles.

7. Cover with plastic wrap, put in a boiling steamer, and steam on high heat for about 12 minutes.
