The way to eat cold noodles is different. The common way to eat it is cold soup. I use mixed noodles to taste even more unique!

Ingredients

Covered Cold Noodles

1. Prepare the ingredients: cook the black eggs in advance, add a small amount of water to the starch

2. Put water in the pot, add cold noodles after the water is boiled

3. Take it out after it's cooked, and put it in cold water

4. Hot pan oil

5. Add diced eryngii mushrooms and fry until soft

6. Add green peppers, carrots, and onions

7. Put in peas

8. Add squid, conch, shrimp, mussels

9. Stir fry a few times

10. Add oyster sauce

11. Stir fry a few times

12. Add starch water to thicken

13. Thicken the juice

14. Put it in a bowl and set aside

15. Egg cut

16. Coriander cut into small pieces

17. Put the cold noodles on the plate and pour the fried ingredients on the cold noodles.

Tips:

Soak the cold noodles for more than two hours in advance. After the water is boiled, turn off the cold noodles for a minute and remove the cold water.
