Okra Thick Egg Braised

Prepare the materials;

Remove the stalks of the okra and wash them with salt. Put them in a pot of boiling water and cook for about 3 minutes. Remove and soak in cold water for later use;

Add 45g water, 15g June fresh soy sauce and a little salt to the three egg liquids;

Put a little oil on the bottom of the pan, pour the egg liquid and fry until the egg skin is formed, pour the egg liquid again, and repeat.

Take out the fried egg skins, put the okra on top, arrange them neatly, and roll them up.

Cut into thick pieces about 2-3cm.

Tips:
Dip it in June fresh soy sauce, it will be more delicious.
