Old Beijing Bean Noodle Cake

The yellow rice noodles are made into a slightly soft dough with warm water, put in a flat plate, and steamed.

Soy bean noodles are fried into light coffee color

Soak the red beans one day in advance, add brown sugar and cook into red bean paste

Roll the steamed yellow rice noodles into 0.5cm large slices, spread the red bean paste evenly on the top and roll them into a roll.

Sprinkle the fried soybean noodles and cut into moderately sized pieces
Tips:
When steaming, apply a little oil to the dish to prevent sticking of the dish.
