Old Beijing Fried Mochi Tofu

Stir the sesame tofu with water to form a paste

Stir fry together tofu, soy beans and yellow sauce

Stir it at any time when frying, otherwise the pan

Stir-fry the mochi for 15 minutes, then fry the chili oil, pour the chili oil on top of the mochi, sprinkle with shallots, and serve.
