Knock two eggs into the bowl, add sunflower oil and soft sugar, and mix well with a whisk

Sift the low-gluten flour into a bowl, pour in the black sesame seeds, and stir with a whisk until there are no particles and it is fine.

Pour the batter into the piping bag, squeeze it into a non-stick baking pan, or on top of silicone oil paper

Gently shake the baking tray a few times, put it in the preheated oven, and bake at 160 degrees for 15 minutes
