Old Bread

Put the flour, eggs, sugar, and salt together, heat the milk to 40 degrees, add the yeast to dissolve, and slowly stir into the flour in portions.

Together, the noodles should be softer. It’s a bit sticky. Knead the dough in the same direction. Just add butter. Knead 20 grams of butter into the dough. Then lift the dough and squeeze it in the middle. Squeeze it together on the falling chopping board. It’s too sticky. Dip a little flour, don't add flour too often, this step is very time consuming, only knead until the dough is smooth.

Knead until the dough is smooth. Knead again.

Knead the dough until there is a fascia, and pull it up and become transparent. Knead it and wait until it's doubled.

The dough has doubled in size.

Divide the dough into small squeezers of 60 grams.

Knead it into a circle like a steamed bun, put it in a baking tray, brush with honey and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
8.
When it is twice as big again, the oven will be 160 degrees for 20 minutes (adjust according to the temperature of your own oven).
