Old Corn Syrup
1.
Add water to the quicklime, and after precipitation, pour the top layer of lime water into the old corn. You need to add more water, because my corn is dry and absorbs more water.
2.
Turn the pressure cooker on, turn off the heat after getting the air, and cook for 20 minutes until it can be turned on naturally.
3.
Take out the cold water and rub it constantly to remove which layer of skin on the corn surface.
4.
Soak for the day and remember to change the water on the way. Then put it in a pressure cooker, add an appropriate amount of water and brown sugar, press on for 15 minutes, turn off the heat, take it out and eat.
