Old Cucumber and Egg Custard

Peel the old cucumbers and shredded them, and put the carrots in a large bowl

Chop the bacon and add it to the bowl, add the eggs, and mix well

Add flour and mix well

Chop the chives and add in, add salt and five-spice powder to taste, and stir evenly to form a viscous batter

Heat a pan and put a proper amount of salad oil

Tips:
1. Use a small fire throughout the pancakes, take care of them, and burn on one side.
2. The old cucumber has a high moisture content, so add eggs and adjust the consistency of the batter without adding water. If you like thinner omelets, add water to dilute the rice paste.
