Old Cucumber and Egg Custard

Preparation materials: half root of old cucumber, half root of carrot, 2 eggs, 2 slices of bacon.

Peel and shred old cucumbers and shredded carrots in a large bowl.

Add eggs and chopped bacon.

After mixing well, add flour.

Stir well, add chopped green onions, add salt and five-spice powder to taste.

Heat the pan and add some salad oil.

Add a proper amount of batter to oil and heat, and smooth it with a spatula to make the batter cover the bottom of the pan and have an even thickness.

Fry until golden on one side, turn it over, and cook until golden on both sides.
9.
Serve and cut into pieces.
Tips:
1. You don't need to add water to make the batter. The consistency of the batter made with cucumber juice is just right. If you like pancakes, increase the amount of water appropriately.
2. The fire of the omelette should not be too big, so as not to burn.
