Old-fashioned Peach Pastry
1.
Beat the eggs into a bowl, add baking soda and baking powder.
2.
Stir well.
3.
Add cornstarch and flour.
4.
Add sugar and corn oil.
5.
Stir evenly. (Don't stir in circles, as the flour will tend to become gluten.) Chop the walnuts, put them in the dough, and mix well.
6.
Divide the dough into small pieces of 20g each.
7.
Round it up slightly and flatten it with your fingers. Do everything well.
8.
Put the prepared peach pastry on the baking tray and brush the surface with a layer of egg wash.
9.
Sprinkle some white sesame seeds in the middle for decoration.
10.
Preheat the oven, increase the heat to 180 degrees, and lower the heat to 170 degrees. Put it in the baking tray and bake for about 20 minutes.
11.
After baking, you can take it out and let it cool.
12.
Let it cool completely to make it crispy~
13.
O(∩_∩)O haha~ Let’s eat~
Tips:
1. The oven settings are for reference only. The higher the heat is to color, make it more beautiful.
2. Hand does not stick to the noodles. It does not mean that your hands do not touch the flour and dough, but it means that they will not stick to your hands, and you don't need to use your hands in the process of kneading. You only need to knead and press it at the end.
3. If there is no oven, use a pan to bake it until both sides are golden and well cooked. It is also possible.
