Old Kitchen Cabbage

Wash the cabbage

Take only the leaves and tear them into large pieces

Soak the fungus in cold water

Remove the pedicles and wash and tear them into large flowers

Wash the powder skin and blanch it with hot water until it is soft and remove it

Soak in cold water

Scallions, chopped green onions, and ginger into thin strips

Cut fresh red pepper into small circles, and cut coriander into sections

Sliced pork belly

Light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, and vinegar are made into juice for later use

Fill the wok with oil and heat, put the star anise, put the pork belly and stir fry until it tastes good

Add salt and sugar to taste

Tips:
①Choose the fatty meat, the flavour is only fragrant
②Do not cut the cabbage with a knife, but tear it with your hands. The taste will be different.
