Old Vinegar Fungus

Soak black fungus, remove stalks and wash, slice onion, green and red pepper; fry peanuts and let cool.

Sit in a pot with water, add a little salt (outside the amount), when the water boils, add the fungus and the side dishes, blanch for about 1 minute; remove and let cool
3.
Drain the water; put all the seasonings in a small bowl
4.
Stir evenly into a sauce; put the fungus, side dishes and peanuts into a large bowl
5.
Add the sauce and mix well
