Old Vinegar Sting

Prepare a piece of jellyfish head for use

The sting head just bought should be soaked in clean water for several hours to remove the salty taste, and the water should be changed several times in the middle.

The soaked jellyfish slices are sliced or cut into pieces, blanched in 70 degrees hot water for a few minutes, remove the controlled water and set aside
